(18)C056 Unique design luxury brass material metal stair railing are a stylish,elegant decoration and safe guard to the staircase, made from high grade H62 brass material, which also called copper alloy that containing 62% of copper, this model have the thin balustrade and wide balustrade, and normally using both balustrade with 2:1 proportion of arrangement to install on the staircase or terrace.

The thin balustrade, typically made from special shape of brass tube,center with a rectangle shape decorative part, up side with angle adjustable bracket parts for fixed to the bottom of wood handrail, down side with base cover. The wide balustrade will be theme of the design, there also a main brass tube from bottom to the top, but there are 4 die-casting brass parts connected with two spiral side tubes, creating an unique and eye-catching design. Die casting is a very good production method which by pouring molten brass into a mold to create intricate and complex shapes, the transfer of the liquid metal to the mold cavity is carried out by a system where the liquid metal thrust force and the rate of filling the mold can be controlled, such parts made from die casting have very beautiful shape and flat surface, which ensure that the electroplating can be finished nicely on such parts.
